Organization:20 x 5 Grids
Instructions:
Players are in groups of three. Two players on the ends -each with a ball. 1 Player in the middle without a ball.
Player in the middle shows up and receives a pass from the outside players and plays it back (2touches).
2) Balls in the hand of players on the sides. Player in the middle receives a ball with the appropriate surface and play a pass back to server (Inside pass)
Coaching Points:
Firm passes to require 2 touches.
Positive 1st touch
firm accurate passes back to server
Use appropriate surface to control the ball
Progressions:
1 Ball in every grid. Player in the middle now receives the ball from one side (server) and turns and plays to the other side (server).
2 touches (3max)
Look over shoulder.
MOVEMENT AWAY from player you INTEND to receive the ball from 1st....to take defenders away and accelerate into the server with a change of direction.

Instructions
Players play a possession game inside the grid outside the penalty area.
After making 6 consecutive passes- athrough ball can be played for attacking player to run onto and enter the box.
One defender is allowed to chase and stop the attempt on goal.

Organization: 2 Lines of cones in a straight line and the last cone 10 yards away at an angle.
Instructions:Sequence of footwork and agility routine.
1) Players shufflr through the cones (Sideways)
2)Players face each other and go around cones....forward towards each other and backpedalling around the cone- Giving Hgh 5's on meeting in the middle.
3)Backwards side shuffles through cones
4)Two feet in between every cone.

Progressions:
Sideways Shuffle-players bounce shoulers in the middle.
Sideways shuffle- Players jump and bounce shoulders in the middle.
SPRINT to the final cone.
