2x 15x15 boxes created adjacent to each other. Each box consists of 1v1 in centre with 4 players on outside. Players compete inside the box to retain possession and can use the players on outside of the box but are limited to 2 touches.
Alternate players every minute so 2 new players enter the box.

Players now split into 2x teams of 6 each aim to keep the ball in their own box for as long as possible. The team out of possession begin by sending in 1 player to press, every time the team in possession complete 5-10 passes (depending on ability of the group). If all players have to press then they have to complete a forfeit chosen by the passing team.
