Warm Up (10 mins)

Dymanic Stretching

- Flamingo Step (Hold leg in flamengo for 2 sec & step)

- Knee to Chest Step (Hold Knee to chest for 2 sec & step)

- Standing Butterfly (Hold 1 leg up in butterfly position for 2 sec & step)

- Forward lunges

- Staggered Forward Lunges (45 degree L,R,L,R etc)

- Side Lunges Left

- Side Lunges Right

- Quick High Knees (Lift belly button high w/ opposite arm lifted head high)

- Studs out (High knee lift to studs strait out, toes up)

- High Knees Twist (Lift high knees across body, twist arms opposite like kariokas)

- Quick Butt Kicks (Lean forward, quick butt kicks in motion)

- Rocketts (lean back, toes pointed, step to strait legs toes pointed on balls of feet)

- Leg Kicks (Hamstring extensions through step & kick)

- Forward Shuffles

- Reverse Shuffles

- Kariokas

- Jumping Lunges (Jump/skip forward in lunge position)

- Staggered Jumping Lunges (45 degrees L,R,L,R, etc)

- Side Shuffles up & back (On balls of feet such as GK)

- Killers

- Superman's

- Open the Gate

- Close the Gate

- Butt Kicks
