Welsh Way Principles :Understand when and how to switch the point of an attack based on
the pressure appiled from the opposition.
Organisation /Area Size : 40x30 m. with red zone 3x3 m,2 channels .
Play 6v6 +2 neutral players (yellow) in the channels.
4x 4 minutes games with 1 min. rest.(change the yellow players )
Explanation: the players have to switch play with one of two yellow (neutral) player on
the channel (A or B ),then both teams can score (1 point) passing the ball,into the opposite
cornes,to the teammate who has to receive the ball in the red area.
Limited touches in possession(3)
Challenges,Conditions & Targets :
Yellow players can't switch play between themselves in possession and are limited
two touches.
Progression:team in possession ,can score by combining with a minimum six passes ,
always passing through the yellow players.
