Organization

Instructions
- 2v1 in the middle.
- Get the ball from one end to the other.
- 2 end players can receive the ball anywhere behind their line on that side.
- If the blue defender wins the ball, they play to another blue player to switch the game around.
- One blue player will rest.
Coaching Points
- Create space to receive the ball.
- Movement when the ball is travelling.
- Communication.
- Body position to receive the ball.

- 2 goals.
Instructions
- Game starts from the sides.
- 2 balls are in play at once (both goals are attacked)
- A player dribbles and makes a pass to a player down the line.
- The 2 players at the front of the line come out and play 2v1 at goal.
- 1 blue defender comes out and defends.
- The game starts when the ball is in the GK's hands, a goal is scored or if it is out of play.
- Defenders switch after each turn.
ROTATION
- Every player rotates to their right.

Warm-up
Organization
- Area 40x30 yards.
- 4 defenders.
- 2v1 in each half.
Instructions
- 2v1 in each half.
- Attackers to get into the middle zone without being tackled.
- If defenders get the out, attackers have to go back to the line and have another turn.
- If attackers make it to the middle zone, they stay there until all of their team has made it in that half.
- Defenders switch after each go.
- Defenders are working for the team in the opposite half to make it a cometition against other team.

- Create space to receive.

- Recognize where space is.
