Screen 1 (60 mins)


This is set up as shown as I only have one goalkeeper. Both teams have a floater who plays as a "sweeper". All the other players are matched up and can only tackle their opposite number. Interceptions can be made from any player. Rotate all players through the floater position.


Blues score into the goal, Reds score by carrying the ball into the shaded area.The floaters cannot score and are restricted to 3 touches.

When to mark close to and away from your opponent.

Where to play positionally as the spare man (floater).
