Goal Game getting players in positions to face forward to score.

3 Part Shooting activity
Player A takes a touch out of their feet and shoots outside the box. PLayer A spins and plays a 1/2 with player B who shoots just inside the box. Both players A&B then attack a cross from playing C who started dribbling into position as soon as the 1/2 is played.

7v7 Small sided games across the pitch.
Split field in half
Play for 4mins game (conditioning)
Each side will play a 3-2-1 formation (to challenge what the defendrs do with 1 attacker)
