Passing activation with switch of play

Organisation:

• 2x 10m squares, 10m apart (can be increased), 7 players, one ball.
  
• Players follow pattern on video playing wall passes before playing pass to switch play.
• Follow pass to next stage. 
• Reverse direction to work both feet.

Coaching Points:

• Quality of pass, weight, direction and timing.
  
• Communication.
• Awareness, when and where to pass or move, decision making.
