Objectives: beating defenders in a 1v1
Emphasis: attacking with speed
Coaching Points: dribble AT defender. Quality of move, timing of move.
Organization: 2 small goals and two small cone goals.
Equipment: cones/balls, Net.
Goals: being able to beat defenders with control and speed.
Instructions: Coach will play the ball into the attacker, attacker will try and beat defender and look to score. If defender wins the ball they dribble through the gate.

Team Function: Dribbling through traffic
Zones: All zones
Duration: 12 minutes
Objectives: Players dribbling with traffic
Emphasis: Keeping the ball close, not kicking and running after it
Coaching Points: Part of the foot/part of the ball while dribbling. Guiding the ball through traffic
Organization: Same set up as previous square
Equipment: Cones/Balls
Goals: Players being able to dribble through traffic with their head up and under control.
Instructions: All 4 lines will begin dribbling at the same time and must dribble through the middle square and dribble to the opposite line.
Progression: Have players dribble through traffic then perform turn and return back to their own line.

BCA Circuit - Shuffle through poles, jump over hurdles, run to ladder, footwork through ladder, then run back to the beginning.
Progressions - Poles: Forward & Backwards, Backwards only. Hurdles - Forward, Lateral. Ladder - One foot in each square, two feet in each square.

Organization: Two lines, mirroring cone set up. One cone diagonal to the left 15 yards from starting cone. 3rd cone 5 yard diagonal from 2nd cone. 2 Nets
Equipment: Disc cones, Balls
Goals: Having players being able to use different cuts and parts of foot to dribble out of tight areas in games.
Instructions: Players will pass to a coach, dribble through the cones then finish on goal
Progression: For older players, make it a competition on how many goals each individual can score.
