Organizational / Instructions: - Cb starts with the ball and plays to CM on left
- CM on left then switches ball over to right
- CM on right then plays striker
- Striker receives ball dribbles to CB starting position and becomes CB
- After CB plays pass wait till right CM has ball to move into striker position
Coaching Points: - Time the run
- Firm pass
- Accurate pass
- head up when dribbling
- close control
Progressions / Adaptations: Add in another CB and striker with ball that will replicate pattern with either CM

Organizational / Instructions: - 4v4 lined up the same as technical
- each player must have minimum of 2 touches before scoring
- players must attempt to stick to position however one player has freedom of space
