Set Up
Groups of three with a ball.
Rules and Conditions
In groups of three. Make a Triangle. Start by trying to keep the ball up by heading around the triangle. Progress to trying to head the ball between adjacent player's legs.
Progression
In threes, 1 serves, 1 is a passive defender and the third attacks the ball. Serving player to thorugh the heading player. Heading player to watch the ball over the passive player's head and then head to clear.
Coaching Points
Hair line for contact.
Timing (too early will meet top of the head, too late could meet face or forehead).
Use legs to add some power.
neck muscles to add power.

Set Up
70x70. Main Goal with 2 Small Goals on the half way line,.
Rules and Conditions
Play 11v11. Attacking team to score in the main goal. Defending team to try and win ball back and counter.
Time
2 x 12 minutes games, with 2 minute rest.

Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
