Two teams spread over 4 goals.
One player starts with the ball and goes 1v1 with the player in the goal opposite. As soon as a goal is scored or the ball is dead the other two players go 1v1 from the other goals. Alternate which side starts with the ball each time.

Players can only pass forward once they have gone 1v1 with a player, otherwise they can only pass sideways or backwards.
Players score 1 goal by scoring in the mini goals, or 2 goals if they can dribble the ball successfully through the red cones.

Players are paired up. Players in the middle pass it to one another until the coach signals. On the signal, the player with ball must dribble the ball towards one of the goals into the end zone to score.
