One ball per alien.

Technical touches, talk about step over move from last week, see who has practice

Instructions:

-Aliens and Astronauts. Aliens (blue) will "Pass" the ball at the Astronauts (white) using correct technique.

-If an astronaut is hit below the knees with a ball, he quickly gets a ball and becomes an alien.

-Last astronaut standing wins.

Coaching Points:

Passing with inside of foot

Plant foot next to ball and aiming towards target (partner)

Toe pointed up and out and ankle locked

Arm out for balance

Instructions:

Players will set up in teams of 3 or 4. On go teams will pass and move across the field connecting x amount of passes. Players must keep ball in bounds, if ball goes out or stops moving all points reset to zero.

Organization:

set up 15 x 20 with goals 5 yards from field, endzones 2 yards from end line

Instructions:

Players will be split into two teams, players aren't allowed to enter endzone must play 3v3 in middle. Players will look to connect passes, if players connect 5 passes before scoring, goal is worth 5 points, 2 passes goal worth 2 points etc. Players must shoot in center can't leave area
