The focus of this practice is to encourage use of wide areas to change the point of attack

4v4 +1 inside the central area with two neutrals in the outside channels

Neutrals can't score. Outside neutrals have 3 touch maximum. Inside 2 touch maximum

Defending team can not defend in the channels

Scoring

1 point is awarded if you score in the center goal

2 points are awarded if you score on the outside goal
