  • We make 3 lines, with center player having the ball.
  • Meanwhile both teammates on each side start moving ahead.
  • the player in the center makes a pass to any one of the teammates.
  • after that he needs to make an over lapping run.
  • the player who receives the ball has to cut inside and make a pass to the 3rd man giving support and follow up with a overlapping run. 
  • continue this from point A to B. and then recover back.
  • We continue this for some time and then increase the intensity. by pushing them to pass make the ball move faster and making quick overlapping runs.

  • We continue the same session now by making 2 teams.
  • both teams get to attack and defend respectively.
  • The team attacking will follow the same pattern of combination to score in the goal after beating the defender.
  • After few rounds add another defender making it 3v2.
  • if that gets easy, then we add another defender to make it 3v3.
