Driving / lay off / wall pass
Player 1 drives at the mannequin, uses a move / or change of speed and direction to break the defending line and finish from outside the box.
Player 1 then moves across to the red mannequin to receive a pass from and set player 2 to either finish first time or take a penetrating touch into the box and finish.
Player 2 then gets on side to receive and play a wall pass around the blue mannequin with player 3.
Rebound
Player 1 spins in behind for the rebound after setting player 2.
Player 2 goes in for the rebound after playing a wall pass to player 3.
Rotation
1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 1.
Coaching Points
- Weight, timing and direction of lay off.
- Speed when attacking last defender
- Change of pace/direction to attack mannequin
- Technical information on each type of finish
Allow players to choose which type of finish depending on angle of approach and GK's position

Attacking players can be offside.
Use movement to create space.
Focus on technique and accuracy, not power, pick a corner, away from the keeper.

Shooting - Warm Up (20 mins)
Field 44x35yd, 4 v 3+1 inside the area with bumbers.
Blue team can score any time.
Red can only score by receiving the ball from a bumber.
Keeper can't shoot.
Progression
When a player passes to a bumper, he has to switch places.
