4 Goal Game Tournament - focus on SWPOA. 24 across, 2 yard goals. 20 yards deep. 4v4+1
+1 is to stay in the middle and connect play. Working as the #6 in a game as a team tries to play out of the back. Field split into 3rds and defending players must be all across into the closest 2 3rds in order to keep defence tight. If player is not across that line then any goals scored will be worth 2 points. Make field into 3rds and demand central players stay in there and connect and be the link for passed.

Jog, high knees, butt kicks, lunges, skips, power skips, side shuffled, frankensteins all x2 then stretch.
Faster and more explosive movements for 8 reps then stretch
Fast feet through cones utlzing "follow the leader" concept based on movements taught previously.
