Organization:
-3 groups of 4 players
-Wingers start at red cones on the sides
-CM start 3 yards from middle cone in their own red cone
Instructions:
-CM passes to RM
-RM goes forward and turns at cone to play back to CM
-CM now goes to LM and we repeat the sequence
-After two switches of play rotate players in different roles
Coaching Points:
-Refer to previous
-Check over shoulder
-Width
-Anticipate the pass
-Receiving on back foot

Organization:
-Two grids of 3 v 3 with target players deep on the outside
Instructions:
-Players look to play into target players, and receive points each time they can switch the play into target player on opposite side

Instructions:
-Players play 6 v 6 to two different goals as above
-One player can receive in defending safe zone and is free from defenders
