This session is designed to be run by the rec volunteer coaches at the club tom complement normal Red Bull rec cliinc, using a Play Practice Play model.

Ball Mastery
Organization:
Each player with a ball
5x5 zones coned off as shown
Instructions:
Each player will look to dribble into as many zones as possible before the coach calls stop. Every zone that they are able to dribble into the player gets 1 point.
If a player leaves the area or bumps into someone, players loses all their points and has to start at zero.
After period of time, add in defenders
Coaching Points:
-Smaller touches when in tight space vs larger touches when looking to accelerate into space
"When should we keep the ball close? vs When should we take bigger touches?"
-Spatial awareness- "What can we do be able to avoid running into someone?"

End Zone Dribbling
Organization:
setup as shown from previous screens
4 zones have been replaced with 2 end zones
Instructions:
Score point by dribbling in the end zone shown in yellow
Games are in 2-3 minutes, losing team steps off
Teams can only stay on 2 consecutive games
Coaching Points:
-Identification of Space (in behind, in front or to side)
-Look to commit defender if pressure is in front and drive with speed to unbalance defender
-Dribble techniques in relation to space and pressure of defender
