Screen 2 (15 mins)
Technical:
GK Starts behind mannequin. On S1 call Gk moves infron and receives a volley or strike along the ground. Gk rolls ball back to S1 and then moves to either Server A/B who strikes a volley at GK.
Progression:
- Vary the service (low, medium, High).
- Server A/B has 2x balls one for volley 2nd for cut back

Screen 3 (15 mins)
Skill:
GK Starts behind mannequin. On S1 call Gk moves infron and plays a 1-2 with S1 who then plays ball to either Server A/B. Gk Must follow pass and set at front post ready for A/B To play a cut back towards cones.

Game:
Section off small area inside 18 yrd box have 2 gks 1 in each goal other gks can play eithr 2v2 in centr and then 1 gk in each of the crossing areas. players in middle complete 3 passes before moving ball out to either player in the crossing area. player receives ball and must take it to the line and then cross. GK must get to the front post to defend the cut back

Warm Up:
4 gks work in a triangle, 1 gk working other 3 serving. type of serve is low and towards opposite cone to where gk starts.
Gk must set at each cone before server strikes the ball. Aim for gk is to protect opposite cone from being hit. Work for 1 minute then change gk.
Progression:
- Move in opposite direction
- Server throws ball into gk for a 'W' save gk rolls back and server strikes first time.
- Serve 1 plays ball into server 2 to strike through the triangle gk must cut the ball out
