Set Up: Hoops, cone maze, ball & goal set up as shown, behind goal place 10 cones.
Players jump over hoops, through maze & shoot at goal. If they score they collect a cone from behind goal & return to teammates for the next player to go. 1st team to collect all cones wins.

SAQ Race into 1v1
Set Up: SAQ course leading to a 1v1 pitch 15x15 yrds, as shown with either large goal & GK or traget goals. 1 player from each team race through SAQ set up, around the middle cone onto pitch, 1st player on receives pass from coach to play 1v1 to score in opponents goal.
Progressions: Use other side to set up another SAQ line & play 2v2.
Key points: Speed & agility & technique, 1st touch, awarness, confidence & creativity, defending, shooting.
