A - Players dribble out to centre line and the perform two 'Stop-Turns' and then drive to opposite line. Process repeats.
Progress to a 'Step-over Turn'
Progress to a 'Stop-Step Combination Turn'

- Positive first touch to explode into space
- Correct execution of turns
- Emphasize the 'fake' to sell the turn
- Ball out of feet
- Head up after turn

- 1: Open and play to target
- 2: Set and play longer pass to target
- 3: Set and play long to target, middle player then joins to combine with a give and go

Instructions:
4v4 game. Teams can score in either goal but must posses the ball in both sides of the field before they can score. When ball leaves play a new ball is played in by the coach. Play 3 sets x 6 minutes.

- Moments to use a turn in a game setting
- Correct execution of turning techniques
- Awareness of defenders, space and teammates
- Recognition of when one area or goal is closed off, and awareness to change direction to exploit the open space

Team Activation Rondos, Footwork and Reaction
Organization:
- On arrival start two squares with 3 or 4 players with one ball and have a defender in one square if you loose the ball in the 3v1 you quickly react to steal the ball in the opposite square.
- Two lines of equal numbers.
Instructions:
- Players do footwork through agility ladders.
- Then one line is deciding which side he is going to run towards. the ooposite player must react quickly to follow the same path
