SET UP: * 3 ZONES @ 15 YARDS WIDE x 10 YARDS LONG

* 2 ATTACKING GROUPS OF 4

* 3 DEFENDING GROUPS IN EACH ZONE (1 @ X 2) & (2 @ X 3)

* THE END ZONE STAYS OPEN

CONCEPT:

* THE ATTACKING TEAM HAS TO MOVE THE BALL FORWARD INTO THE END ZONE

* 2 CONSECUTIVE PASSES IN EACH DEFENDED ZONE HAS TO BE MADE BEFORE THE ATTACKING TEA CAN PROGRESS TO THE NEXT ZONE

* ALTERNATE ATACKING TEAMS & DEFENDING GROUPS

CONSTRAINTS:

* INCREASE THE NUMBER OF PASSES THAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED IN EACH ZONE

* INCREASE THE NUMBER OF DEFENDERS IN A ZONE

* INCREASE OR DECREASE THE ZONE SIZE DEPENDING ON THE DIFFICULTY LEVEL
