Organisation
There will be 2 teams in the corner opposite sides. There will be a big cone off of the pitch that they will have to run around, it will be in the opposite corner to them as shown above. They will have to run around it and then run back on the pitch where there will be a ball in the middle and they will have to compete in a 1 on 1 and see who can win the ball and more importantly finish it off to get their team a point. Once the ball has either gone in the goal or off of the pitch, they will go back the their line and then the next person from the teams will go.
Progression
Add an extra cone to the other corners and add another line so the team will split in half, one in one corner the other half in the other, it will then become a 2 on 2 where the same applies they will have to run to the opposite side and around the cone and then come back on to try and win the ball and score for their team.

Dribbling race (15 mins)
Organisation
There will be 2 teams set up as shown above. There will be a big cone that they will have to line up behind, there will be 3 flat disc cones that will be 3 different colours and then another big cone ahead of that. The flat disc cones are there for the players to touch with theie hand, the coach will shout a 3 colour code that the players will then have to follow, so if the coach shouted 'Yellow, Red, Blue' the players at the front of the line will have to run to the flat disc cones and then touch them in that order, once they have done that they will then run to the top big cone and then back to there line, in which the next person will go and do the same colour code order. This is a race so the winning team can pick a little forefit for the opposition such as 5 star jumps.
