Set Up:15 by 15yard grid with 4 cones in the middle,4 equal teams with a ball
Instructions: first player from each team dribbles to the middle and does aCOD move then passes back to team mate,progress to stop /starts and feints all the way through or to next line ie right turn.
COD are inside cut ,outside cut,u turn cruyff turn ,step on
SS are high wave ,low wave ,maradonna,outside twist off,inside twist off
Feints are side step push,scissors,double scissors,step over ,drag push (mathews)
Coaching Points:technique over speed,sell the feint/moves(realistic)explode out of the move.

Instructions:one player from each team meets in the middle ,jogging on the spot,coach calls out half turn full turn players react,coach calls colour of cone first team to get there first wins a point,progress to opposite colours of cones ,two , 3 players at a time ,then with the ball ,TT, turns,and dribble to cones must stop on line for a point.
Coaching Points:dont react to opponent movements ,be sharp explosive ,when using the ball good first touch away and controlled dribble to stop on line.

Set Up:20 by 20 yrd grid two goals 12 yards apart
Instructions:red plays to blue then overlaps blue must get past the middle cone before trying to score in either net,and must be in the shooting zone red tries to defend,progression to 2v2 same but with two players on the field blue now passes to other blue then must overlap
Coaching Points: encourage feints, stop starts,cod when faced up with defender,speed, bigger touches and stepping across the defenders path when the forward has a step in front ,when two v two movement off the ball and width to create 1v1 and passing lanes.

SET UP:
Players in teams of 4 with a ball each in-between 2 colored conesCones are 4 yards apart (4 x 4 yards).
ACTION:Coach shows the players a ball mastery skill and the players practice this between their cones

7. U turn 180 going up and back.
8. Toe Taps, slide turn 90/180.

10 pull push inside/outside
pull around back leg
PLAYER TIPS:
Keep your eyes up as much as possible to be aware of players around you and keep straight lines and correct spacing.
