Oefening 1
K1 start dmv snel voetenwerk achterwaarts , daarna voorwaarts en direct om de hoge pylon heen en insnijden
serie van 4 x links en 4 x rechts in hoog tempo
afstand tussen de hoge pylonen is max 2 mtr

Oefening 2
K1 start bij 1 dmv zijwaartse korte pas, voorts snel voorwaarts en aan het eind krijgt K1 een strakke bal in de korte hoek
Serie 5 x links en 5 x rechts
afstand tussen de hoge pylonen max 2 mtr

Oefening 3
K1 start met inspelen van K2, K2 kaatst, na diverse herhalingen waar zowel K1 als K2 zijwaarts stappen speelt K2 de laatste bal schuin op de punt van de 5 mtr gebied. K1 neemt de bal zo aan dat hij direct kan openen naar de zijkant 16 mtr gebied.
Herhaling links en rechts dus beide kanten 1 x.
Uiteraard altijd even kijken naar het niveau van de groep

Oefening 4
K1 start bij 1, met gezicht naar het doel, dmv snel voetenwerk gaat K1 aan het eind van de hoge pylon en krijgt hij een bal strak in de hoek,

K1 neemt steeds d ejuiste postie tov de hoge pylonen, Tr gooit de bal zo dat K1 deze verwerkt als een hoge bal
Telkens gooit de Tr de bal in een ander vak.
