Creating Overloads in the Final Third.
Organisation:
30x15
12 players 5 Reds 5 Blues and two yellow neutrals on the outside as wingers.
2 blues and 2 reds in first and third zone in the middle 1 red 1 blue.
Explanation:
Red team must try and play the ball through and try to score a goal at the other side. Red player in the middle can drop into the first or third zone to help create an overload to create a scoring opportunity. Neutral players out wide can also be used to create the overload.
If the blue team wins the ball the must try and counter the reds and score in their goal they can also use the yellow players.
Play for 4 minutes break then resume.
Challenges:
The ball must go through the middle zone.
Attacking team must make 3 passes minimum before scoring.
Yellow players can't score a goal and must stick to the outside.
Attacking team to use yellow players to create a overload.
player in the middle can join either zone to create the overload.
