Technique Practice

8 players. 3 in middle channel and five shared between two wide channels. 3 balls.

Red players receive a ball from one side of the pitch and seek to play to a free player on the opposite side of the pitch

Rotate 3 reds

- Body Shape in the middle to receive the ball

- What if the players on the opposite side already have a ball ?

2 vs. 2 + GK’s + 2 servers

Try to score having gone from one side of the pitch to the other. Can use GK to achieve.

GK can serve ball into yellow servers

2 teams of 4 + 2 GK’s Ideally , If less will take away GK's and add an end zone that you can only score in.
