The team with 4 passes the ball around in their area. After 5 passes they try to pass the ball to the team of 4 on the other side. The 2 players who are defending against the 4 are trying to win the ball. The 2 players of the defending team that are in the middle area can try to intercept the pass.
.
If the 4 manage to make 5 passes and pass the ball to the other group of 4, the 2 defenders from the middle zone pressure and the 2 defenders who just were against the 4 are not in the center zone.
.
If the defenders win the ball ( or force and error or intercept the pass to the other team of 4), the team that lost the ball will be the new defenders. The coach is passing in a new ball from the side. The 2 closest players from the new defending team pressure against the 4, the other 2 defend the space in middle zone.

The players going from right to left play 2v1, the players from left to right play 3v1+K. The player taking the shot on goal is the player who will stay in and play defense against the 2 or 3 players from the othter team who will come into the field after the ball goes out. If the goalkeeper has the ball he distributes the ball to the new players. The defender will leave the field.
.
Players have to be on the attacking side of the field to be allowed to score. If the defender wins the ball he can score in the goal on the other side, or add 1 or 2 players by passing the ball back to the goalkeeper. If the defender adds the player, the player on the former attacking team who lost the ball is the player who stays in the game as defender.

Coaching Remarks possession teams
- Positioning
- Facing the field
- quick passing
- Score as quick as you can
.
Coaching Remarks defenders
- force the attacker to the outside, so they have to take a difficult shot
.
Coaching remarks transition
- Player who takes the shot is making a quick transition to defense
.
Making it harder:
- Play 2v1 and 1v1
- 2v2 and 3v2
- Make the field longer, so the transition team has more chance to get back

The players in the field play 1v1. They can score with a pass in the small goal. They are not allowed in the small zones in front of the goal. When they take a shot a new player from the other team dribbles the ball into the field to start the next 1v1 game.
