Session to encourage and develop 1 touch passing and finishing. Can be used as ISP or squad session, just adjust sizes.

30x20 up to 40x30 area. 6-9 players. Can have a queue at A and B if needed, or 2 channels.
Simple passing routine to develop 1st touch receive and passing.
Player who switches the play is allowed 2 touches.

Rotation is follow first pass.
Progress by demanding weak foot use and by going anti clockwise.

Further progression by players X and Y showing for a switch pass, then going back to receive and set as normal.

Simple finishing drill using a 3rd man run.
Rotation is 1 retrieves ball, 2>1, 3>2.

Progress by adding a check off to receive for player 1, and a bent run for player 2.
Can progress again by player 1 spinning off to receive a pass from 2 and finishing himself.
Can also add a defender to shadow 1s movement.

Start with a 3v1 in half A where the only way to get the ball into half B is a 1 touch pass.
Play for 2 mins to see how many goals red can get then allow blues 2 mins attacking.
Once over half way all players are active in all areas.
If defending team win the ball they can attack 3v5 Initially allow multi touch finish.
Progress again by demanding a 1 touch finish (weak foot even).
Progress again by allow game to flow - when defenders win ball they pass out to a team mate, the game restarts from their end as 2 attackers go off. Alternatively go direct to the cond game.

Progress to a game with 3v3 in each half but allow the 1 touch passer to create the overload.
Progress to a 1 touch finish.
If extra players use them as side players, making 1 touch passes back to the possession team, and swapping on after each goal kick or goal.

Teams of 4 or 5.
Players pass the ball by heading to a team mate who must head on or head to himself and then catch.
No running with the ball. No catching unless receiving a team mates header or an opposition mis-header.
Score in the cone goals.
