Based on 12 players. Split into 2 team and two sliders on the outside of the pitch. Teams set up 3 defenders, two midfielders and one attacker in each of the thirds
Sliders can move full length of the pitch but must pass back to the team they received the pass from. Sliders can't score in the goals
The objective is to pass the ball through the thirds but you must have a play from your team touch the ball in each third before the striker can score into any of the three goals
Progression 1:
Restrict players to 2 touches
Progression 2:
Sliders join a team in the middle section (3x3)
Progression 3
1 player from attacking team can leave middle third to support striker

Warm up
Start with jog around cone, at yellow cone, jog diagonally to red cone - whole exercise done with ball the fee. After the player has come round the blue cone the top that make a straight pass to coach and jog to collect a ball and start the circuit again. After 2 circuits move to sprint off yellow cones, with ball still at the feet. After 4 circuits leave a ball and do dynamic stretches once they reach a yellow cone instead of sprints. 1st circuit big kicks (both legs, also looking for upper body twist), 2nd circuit, open the gate (both sides), 3rd circuit heal to bum, 4th circuit windmill arms.
