Instructions:
Ball starts from the goalkeeper. Build up team is trying to score on either of the 2 mini goals or dribble through the gate on the outside when they dribble past the line. If the pressing team wins the ball they can score on the big goal. They will play 1 out of bounds, the next one starts from the goalkeeper again.
Coaching Points:
- Maintaining pressure on the ball (defend forward).
- Closing the middle (way to the goals) / apply more pressure when commit to the dribble.
- Timing of the press (when ball is played)
- Intensity of the press (pressure the pass if in close distance.

Organization:
Instructions: Player receives a pass and dribbles up before the line. Any time before he crosses the line he can pass the ball to either attacker to make it a 2v2 and try to score on the mini goal.
If the defenders win the ball they can score on the mini goal on the opposite goal.
Coaching Points:
- Closing the middle (denying the way to the goal).
- Timing of the press (when the ball is played).
- Providing pressure and cover (intensity of the press).
