Organization
-10-12 players

-area approx. 35x25 yards (adapt for age/ability/numbers)
Activity
-Players dribble up the middle channel (skills corridor), in a zig-zag pattern. They must touch each side of the middle channel at least twice with a ball at their feet. The middle players shoot on the big goal (quickly retrieve ball from coach) then turn out into the channels and try to beat the defender 1v1 and score into the pug nets. If they do not score they switch and become the defender.
Coaching Points
-close dribbling in tight areas
-accelerate/rwb into open spaces
-use of both feet and all surfaces of feet
-accurate/quick finishing

Activity
-3v3 SSG. One team plays towards the regular goal trying to score. One team plays toward the two wide gates trying to dribble through to score a point. Switch ends at half-way point.
