Dribbling ciruit (10 mins)
Players Dribble to each cone to lay off to teammate. 3-4 balls at a time, once your at the end, turn to dribble through poles and a nice pass to mini goals.

Touches (20 mins)
1 minute intervals
players work simultaneously.

Passing pattern (10 mins)
1. longer pass (20-25 yrds)
2. Player passes to player popping off from side
3. both players combine through poles.
4. lays ball off back to start.

1v1 to goal
two players. 1v1 to goal.
Player one has ball, dribbles in a zig zag. Player two starts without ball after first pole.
1v1 to goal after that.

Double shot/ double cross (15 mins)
Two strikers run around poles while coach plays a through ball for one to finish.
After the shot, two players out wide combine to send in a cross.
After cross, both strikers run around poles again, this time for second player to finish
Finish on a cros from the opposite side.

shooting relay (15 mins)
Shooting Relay. Fun game to end.
Two lines. Players start at same time.
Strikers play ball into teammate who lays it off.
striker does the same thing to other teammate
