Organization: Whole field is 40x30 (20x30)
Instructions:
Ball starts with a center back who is looking for the #6. Once the ball is played both defenders run in to press the #6. Based on the pressure he can decide to turn/find the #8/10 or play back to the CB. If the defenders win the ball they can score on the big goal. Once green reaches the 8/10 the next 2 defenders come in to press (the #6 joins).
Coaching Points:
1. Opening up on an angle from the CB with open body shape (to see the field and easier to rec. pressure).
2. Rec. pressure (which defender press and how far is the distance). Can you turn and progress or need to play back and open up again.
3. CB rec. the pressure as well and continue support underneath. Once he gets played back see if he can break lines quickly (straight or diagonal).
4. CM move to create space (side of the ball ->high, opposite side ready to come in).
5. #6 support the attack once pressure is broken.
Progressions:
- 5v4 over the whole field.

Organization: Half field with 2 small goals and a neutral zone in the middle.
Instructions:
Build up team is trying to score on the small goals or dribble/receive in the middle area. If green scores a point they restart with the ball. If they do not score, the next ball start from red.
If red wins the ball they can score on the big goal.
Coaching Points:
1. Spread out as a team (create width with #2 + #3).
2. Create space in the midfield by pushing the #8 and #10 high and force the opponent to react.
3. Once space is created #8 and #10 (opposite of the ball need to recognize if there is need and if they have the space to check into the space and show the diagonal passing line.
4. FB also have the option to come inside (if winger marks them up directly) and therefore space is there.
5. Progress/step up def. line when pressure is beat
Progressions:
- When opp.#8 commits to the FB now space is behind with our CM.
- When they man mark the midfield, now the CB can dribble or FB can come inside to check into the space.
- When not being able to break lines and progress, switch the field and try on opposite.

Passing/receiving (with pressure) (20 mins)
Organization: Each lane is 15x20 (30x20 in total)
Instructions:
#2 is opening up to a side to his choosing and receives the ball from #1. He is trying to find #3 either by opening up or playing the ball back to #1. When #2 plays it back to #1 and the defender runs back to block the pass, #1 can find #2 again as well.
The defender can pressure #2 as soon he opens up to a side and tries to win/intercept the pass.
Rotation: 1-2, 2-Def, Def-3, 3 in opposite line.
Coaching Points:
1. Opening up with sideways run and open body shape (to see the whole field).
2. Check the shoulder to recognize pressure (direction and distance) and decide to turn/play or play it back 3. Supporting underneath the ball after the pass (#1) in different lines to create space away from def.
4. Movement into the open channel to receive the ball (#3) Recognize the open channel.
Progressions:
- #1 can pass straight away to #3 if defender commits too early.
