Organization:
12 players in a 2 lane grid, 10x20 yards.
Instructions:
Players form 2 lines in each lane and go through a variety of dynamic stretches in 2 lines. Add any static stretches as needed.

Organization: x3 Grids (for 12 Players)
3 Players & 1 ball in a 20x30 yard grid.
Instructions:
3 lines, 1 player on each line, middle player passes to end player then pressures. End player does 2 turns with semi-opposed pressure before dribbling to middle and passing to opposite end player. Process continues.
Changes of Direction
· U-Turn
Coaching Points:
· Quality of pass
· Head up whilst ball is travelling
· 1st touch towards cone
· Execution of turn
· Ball out of feet
· Head up immediately
· Cut across defender
· Acceleration away
Progressions:
Sequence 1:
· Player A passes to Player B, and then pressures Player B, who takes a touch to find the passing lane
· Player C moves to also find passing lane
Sequence 2:
· Player B does 2 turns and then passes to C (at opposite end line) and defends
Sequence 3:
Process repeats:
· C takes touch wide & executes 2 turns on B & then will pass to A who will make 2 turns & then pass to B who will be on the end line now.

Organization: x3 Grids (for 12 Players)
4 players (Players A, B, C & D) & 1 ball in a 20x30 yard grid.
Instructions:
Sequence 1:
* Player B checks away and then back to Player A who passes it to B.
* B makes inside touch & then makes a turn on C (who is a Dance Partner), then passes it to Player D.
Sequence 2:
* Player D plays a Give & Go with B against C (who is still a Dance Partner).
Coaching Points:
· Move away to create space
· Check shoulder as ball is passed
· Side body shape as receiving the ball
· Take on front foot
· Feel defender
Progressions:
· Player B checks back & then wide to A.
· Player A passes to Player B, who take‘s 1st touch inside & then a Turn.
· Player B then plays give and go with player D
· Player D becomes player A
· Player A becomes player C
· Player C becomes player B
· Player B becomes player D
Progression – Defender follows 1st touch so Attacker has to turn to create space & then able to play the give and go.

Organization:
4 Players (A, B, C & D), players play 1v1+1 in a 30x40 yard field with 2 Pugg goals.
Instructions:
Players play 1 vs 1 with + 1 player in the defending half of the field. Player A plays 1vs1 against Player B, both players have +1 player in the attacking half (Player D is +1 for Player A and Player C is +1 for Player B; the +1 Player must stay in their half and only attacks).
Coaching Points:
· 1st movement away
· Check on eye contact
· Check shoulder as ball travels
· Receive on correct foot
· Can you turn? Or do you instead combine with team mate?
· Can you face player up to go 1 vs 1?
Progressions:
Switch possessions after a goal. Players should rotate to experience each one of the roles and respsonsibilities (regular player and the +1 player).

Organization:
3v3 Small-sided tournament games: 4 teams of 3 players eachteam. 2 fields of 30x40 yards with 2 Pugg Goals on opposite endlines.
Instructions:
4 Teams of 3, play 3v3 tournament style format where each team will play one another. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie and 0 for a loss. Each game should be approximately 6-8 minutes in duration (obviously play a 3 game tournament).
Coaching Points:
· Review of session's learning outcomes being translatedinto the game
· 3 lines of attack
· Creating diamond (gives angles of support)
· Making diamond as big as possible (Creating space)
· Identifying any numbers up situations

Juggling Warm-Up
Organization:
In a 30x40 yard grid, each Player with a ball.
Instructions:
"The Super 7 Juggling Challenge": Players juggle using the following sequence: laces, laces, thigh, thigh, shoulder, shoulder, head (alternating right & left on their own with each particular surface). Players try to see how many "Super 7" sequences they can do consecutively. Challenge players to set their own new record.
Coaching Points:
Players try to improve their touches (suppleness, control and foot-eye coordination) by juggling with different surfaces of their feet & body.
