Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-2 grids of 30x30.
-Players split into 2 teams in the grids.
-Both have an attacker (outside at the top of the grid), 2 wing backs/wingers (corner edge of grids) and 4 players inside the grid.
Exercise:
-Red forward plays a pass to a blue wing back.
-The wing back then plays a pass into the grid and both wing backs can move forward.
-Blue players then work possession in an attempt to get the ball to their forward.
-If succesful blue forward serves to red and they attack with blue wing backs returning to starting position.
-This plays out for 5 minutes and then switch with teams on other grid.
-Play another 5 and switch again.
Rules:
-Wing backs operate only outside the wide areas and only team in possession wing backs are allowed to move forward and play.
-If any turnover of possession the wing backs must return to their starting position.
Key Points:
-Looking at how the players feed their attacker.
-Playing through, playing over, playing around.

Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-Pitch across the full width of the 3G (80) width of 50.
-Players split of 3 teams in a 3-2-3.
-1 team operates as common players outside and inside the pitch.
-Pitch is split into 3 even zones.
Exercise:
-Play games of 8 minutes with 2 minutes rest.
-Rules as per 11v11.
-Zones are passive and indication of area of lines to break when going forward.
-Switch teams after each game and so all face each other and all act as common players.
Key Points:
-Technical: Control of the ball, type of pass and accuracy.
-Tactical: Decision making process of passing and the correct pass to play from positional stand point.

Organisation:
-2 grids of 30x30 split into 2 even lanes.
-Split players into two groups as illustrated in the diagram.
Exercise:
-Both lanes start at the same time at points A.
-Player at A plays a pass to B.
-B lays off the ball.
-A moves forward at an angle and plays a pass to C.
-A moves to where B was, B to C and and C moves across to A with the ball.
-As soon as A moves to B next player goes.
-Do this for 3 Minutes then rest for 1.
Change 1:
-Same action and sequence but B plays the pass back all the way to A, then A plays a lofted pass to C.
-3 minutes action and 1 minute rest.
Change 2:
-This time B moves outside the grid and receives the ball and plays the pass to C. Same rotation.
-3 more minutes of action.

-Technical skill of the passing technique and the different styles of pass.
-How player receives the ball.
