Tech - Shooting
1) Receiving back to goal - Outside foot to turn and get shot off.
2) Receiving back to goal - Bounce it back and open body movement away from the Def, ball is then slid infront of attacker so they can shoot first time ( Speak to the boys about how important this is )
Touch - Big enough to evade the defender but not to big that the GK can come and collect. 2nd Touch should be a shot.
Finishing - Find the corners of the goal
Power / Accuracy - No point in lots of power if the shot is wide or straight at the keeper / accuracy is more important.

Organisation - Players can score in either goal, however they can't score until they get into the scoring zone. After the attacker has had a shot or been tackled the next attacker from the other side can attack.

Organisation - The exercise is possession based but has a focus on player transitions from attack to defense and from defense to attack. Defending side must leave a player in the opposite box - this is who they will try to get the ball to when they win possession. Floating player is always an extra attacker.
When the attackers lose the ball looking for them to press the ball quickly & regain possession as quickly as possible.
Floater - Play in the pockets of space in the middle of the boxes like a number 8.
