1. 1 ball going each side at the same time . Pattern RCB - 6 - 8* - 9 - winger - LCB. Rotation = Follow Pass.
( Movement of 8 to open up and face forwards, timing of the run to break the line beyond the line of 4 defenders.)
2. 1 ball going each side at the same time. Pattern LCB - 6 - LCB - 8 - 9 - W - 9 - RCB - W - RCB. Rotation = LCB - 6 - 8 - 9 - W - RCB.

Technical Activiation
Explanation: 5 per box. Technical extention to the warm up. Pass in and pass out to free man. Go through passes, volleys, knees, chest.

Key Points: touch activation, awareness of free man. Quality touches.
Progressions: Progresses into transitional sheva. You lose the ball you go and find another empty box. Point is about transition when you make a mistake to react and find the empty box. The person that was in the middle simply joins the grid
