Organization: multiple 20*10 lanes. Three players per lane (two on the end lines, one in the middle). Each holding a yellow and green cone. Two balls per lane (one with each end line player).
Activity: basic passing/receiving exercise. One player in the middle works for 45 seconds. Proceed through the following progressions:
1. See the color, call the color (before first touch), dribble around the cone of the color called.
2. Same as #1, except touch the ground first.
3. See the color, call the color, open and play far side.
4. See the color, call the color, open, dribble around the cone of the color called, play far side.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality of the pass.
2. Quality of the first touch/quality of the turn.
3. Scan whilst the pass is made. Adjust to the flight of the ball.
4. Positive first touch around the cone.
5. Check over both shoulders.

Organization: 20*10 grid (two set ups); supply of balls with a server (S) on the outside. Split group in half - attackers (blue) and defenders (red). Offside line at half.
Activity: 2v2 attacking. Attackers look to dribble the ball past their opponents' endline. Defenders can win the ball and do the same.
Progression: 3v2
Coaching Points:
1. Initial width in attack.
2. Proper supporting angles.
3. Movement to create space. Triggers subsequent movement.
4. Clean, positive first touch - dictates everything.

Organization: 50*40 field (Quarter field at PG). Supply of balls along the outside and in the goals.
Activity: 2 teams - Play 7v7 (including GK). LOTG apply, including retreat line. Each team plays 1-2-3-1. Perhaps some coaching over, but otherwise allow for free play. Award an extra point for every successful attempt (even if just wide) or shot on goal (even if saved).
Coaching Points: Reinforce key factors and objectives from the session.
