Instructions:
1 - Players dribble to centre line and both perform s Stop-turn. They return to the first line and do the same. At that point the next to players make eye contact and do the same. Process repeats.
2 - Player dribbles to centre line and performs a Highwave, and the attacks the endline ahead. Upon on contact, next player goes and does the same thing.
Coaching Points:
- Keep ball close, touch on every step
- Correct execution of turn/stop start
- Ball out of feet
- Head up after turn/stop start
- Accelerate out of turn/stop start
Progressions:
- Use weaker foot on every other go

Blues go 1v1 against Whites. Game begins on attackers first touch. Play until a goal is scored or the ball goes out of bounds.

Instructions:
White team start as the attackers. Attackers score by getting to either cone before the defender does.
Attacker has 7 seconds to win the game by getting to either line. Swap roles after each go.
Coaching Points:
- Be positive, attack the space
- Awareness of the defender
- Use of stop-starts to slow the defender down
- Quick turns if the defender gets ahead
