Rotation shooting (15 mins)
Set up: Split your players into 3 even groups, all players with a ball. Lined up behind A, B & C.
Organisation: First player in line A, dribbles and takes a shot on goal, first player in line B, then makes a one-two with player A to take a shot, player C then dribbles down the line to cross for both A & B to score. Players then rotate lines.
Coaching Points: Concentration, accuracy on shot.

2v1 Shooting Drill (25 mins)
Setup: Large goal, GK with 2 teams, setup in half field.
Instruction: InsideTeam 1 is one team, Outside Team is Team 2,
Team 1 - Player A passes into Player B > Player B controls ball, turns and shoots on goal. Player B now becomes a defender.
Team 2 - are the attackers, starting with the player on the Left the pass is played across to the player on the Right and goes into a 2 v 1 to score on goal.
Switch after 5 - 7 minutes or until first team to score 10 goals wins

Awareness Shooting (25 mins)
SHOOTING
1.AWARENESS SHOOTING
- Split group for 2 pairs and one GK
- BLUE & RED are starting at the same time, RED is acting as a defender and running to one of the orange gates to block it. BLUE has to go to an empty one and score on a big goal.
- After the shoot, 2nd red passing to 1st into space and RED is trying to score on one of the mini-goals but BLUE can block it.
( BLUE is blocking goal when staying behind mini-goal) RED has to go and score at an empty mini goal
- Restart when all players back to positions
- Rotate roles
PROGRESSIONS :
- Competition (time limit )
- Passing combination before starting a run
- Add 2 colours cones in front of BLUE runner and have to different colour gates/ BLUE player choose which direction is going (colour of the cone) RED has to follow it and goes the same colour gate.

Shooting (15 mins)
Set up: At the top of the box, set up a 10x10 area. Each player with a ball inside the box and each player is given a number. One goalkeeper.
Organisation: Players are dribbling around in the box, when the coach shouts a number, that number dribbles out the area and shoots on goal. Once they have taken their shot, retrieve ball and return to the box
Coaching Points: Listening skills, small touches in the area, laces to shoot, accuracy
