Animation 2

First stage of the session is basic shooting into M3rd of each goal, shown by the poles.

players starting with the ball passes outside to team mate, who moves the ball into the other half of the field before finding a back pass to goalkeeper of their team.

goalkeeper then takes one touch to control and a shot into the M3rd of the opposition goalkeeper in the air or along the ground. looking for good roll out to team mate, looking at good positioning and touch from the back-pass, looking for good firm realistic strikes from the shots. Goalkeepers should be comfortable with making these saves so should be seeing good positioning for the shot, good shape pre and post shot (set position and technical shape making the save)

5mins the rotate.

Second stage for the session, we now look to now hit outside the M3rd either side of goal, player movement and pass pattern is still the same. Starting by placing shots with the inside of foot before moving to strikes. again can be along the ground or in the air (not looking for top corners in this practice)
