METHOD
4v4 in the middle, with 4 supporting players on the outside. When a player uses an outside player it must return to the same team. Teams play in 3x 3 minute rounds.
COACHING POINTS
- Effective communication (Give information).

- Positive touch, set up for next action.

METHOD
Players move back and fore over their stick and go once whistle has been blown. Side step in and out of the cones and finish the ball in to the small goal.
COACHING POINTS
- Quick feet, but do not sacrifice technique.
- Short sharp steps over stick and through cones.

METHOD
The player starting with the ball has a free run towards his team mate. He gives the ball to his team mate and becomes a defender. As the new attacker dribbles towards him he must jockey the player, until he reaches his original starting position. He joins the back of the line, the attacker becoming the new defender.
COACHING POINTS
- Side on.
- Knees bent, low centre of gravity.
- Eyes on the ball.
- Asses the situation (heavy touch, can you intercept).

METHOD
Defender plays the ball to the striker and must press the player. If defender wins the ball they can attack the goal. Keep scores.
