-Excercise is the same as the previous screen, except now there is pressure introduced with adding a defender, making it a 4v1 + 2.
-Same restriction of having all of the players involved, before passing into the next open space/option. Does not need to be right away. Decision made based on defenders pressure, and positioning, and which option is best based on vision and positioning.
Keys:
-Movement to always be in vision with the ball.
-Movement in relation to the ball to be an option, especially for those not involed in the 4v0 (the +2)
-Firm passes, high ball speed, especially the longer services going into those new open spaces.
-Early body positioning, and being oriented to the direction we want to move/pass next.
-Moving to not be hiding behind a defender to be an option for player on ball, and open at the same time in the direction of the next space or option after receiving the ball.

4v2: three team transition (20 mins)
4v2 Rondo: 3 team transition
-3 teams, 2 of each color in the organization.
Team inside is defending out of possession, outside teams in possession.
Team that loses possesion, transitions inside to defend, defensive team inside, transitions out to fill vacant spaces and keep possession.
***Team inside defending at end of each sequence do work.
-6-2 minute sequences (high intesnity, smaller intervals).
Dynamic movements and other warm-up components within stoppages of play- coaching points as well. (warmup first 3, coaching points last 3).
