Warm up

Set up:

16 players - 8 REDS and 8 YELLOWS

10 Balls, 6 poles and 6 cones

Area of around 35 x 30 metres in front of the goal.

Start by jogging with the ball from station A to B to C to D and then across to E to F and back to A

Progression:

1. Jog to the first cones and pass in the same pattern, then everyone else passes. ( 3 minutes)

2. Long pass from A to B and from D to E - everyone else passes ( 3 minutes)

3. Long pass from A to B and from D to E - bounce the ball at each station ( 3 minutes)

Stretches and warm up exercises between progressions.
