Exercise Description:
GK gets set behind the small goals and quickly moves forward to make the save in front of them.
Coaching Points:
-Get set on the correct angle at the moment of the shot.
-quick, compact steps to move forward in front of small goal to make save.
-hands wrapped around the front of the ball to limit rebounds

-add distrbution
-add second shot back to other side of goal if GK does not hold first shot cleanly

No more than 1 GK in each zone defensively
GK's become field players as soon as they win the ball with their hands. Rebounds are live until defending team gains possession through their hands or by connecting a pass.
