if time 10 volleys 10 hamstring 10 hips
one touch bounce into a two touch switch- if gk misses the window then a shot is hit at and around gk firm
if time distribution from hands- simulate mixed claims into stepping up away from pressure and hitting to target (arrive fast and slow down)

shifting it against a front 2 (warm up two touch if time)
progression 1: coach will play different types of passes into the gk and call a letter this indicates where to play. resting gks need to move off the cones to create angles to play
progression 2: coach will only call A or B. gk will play into side called and shift to supply an underneath option. wide server will roll the ball back to gk and gk will split the front 2 with a firm pass into the coach
Final progression 3: coach will step in between the front two. coach will roll the ball into gk who is slightly higher than his goal line, gk will bounce ball back to coach and drop in towards line. coach will roll the ball to one side and gk will play into resting gks side. resting gk will play back into gk. gk will take a prep touch and skip out the first line and play into the opposite side resting gk. coach will apply light pressure to ensure gk is taking the correct prep touch towards their target
