Organization: Split teams onto their half, each player should have a ball.
Duration: 15 minutes
Instructions:
Start with players playng freeze tag, both teams together, play for 4-5 minutes mixing up who starts (one from each team).
Have everyone with a ball, each team dribbling in their half. On coaches command have players dribble to the red cone in their side and do toe taps, continue drbbling and stop to do soccer pose, then dribble to the yellow cone and do tic tocs. Repeat a few times mixing it up, then have them dribble to the opposite red cone, then opposite yellow cone, then back to their side to finish on goal,
Finish with having all the players score on the goal in their end., go for a drink and get ready for the game.

Start with players playng "hot dog tag" both teams together. Player that is tagged has to lay down, they are recued when 2 other players lay down on either side of them. Play for 4-5 minutes mixing up who starts (one from each team).
Have everyone with a ball, each team dribbling in their half. Coach shows players how to do pull backs. allow players to dribble freely and perform pull backs, slowly add in toe taps, tic tocs and soccer pose, the main emphasis is pull backs. Coach randomly selects one player at a time to go to goal and shoot, then return to dribbling.

Instructions:
Start with players playng red light/green light without a ball, both teams together. When a player gets to the finish they sprint back to the start, make it a race to see which team gets all their players back first. Repeat 2-3 times.
Have everyone with a ball and play red light/green light. Start with soccer pose on red light, continue until everyone reaches the end. Repeat in the opposite direction, 2 more times.
Repeat again with the red light being toe taps , then repeat doing tic tocs.
Finish with all players scoring on either goal.
