Organization: 10-15 min
Set up : pinnies, balls, grid size to match players abilities
Activity: Split the group up into two, and have each team see how many passes
they can make in a few minutes. Choose one person on each team to count the
passes out loud. Must Play passed through the gates. Ay gate you want .
Passes only count if proper technique is used, the pass is accurate,
and firm. Players from the opposite team cannot intercept the ball.
Progression: Tell the players that they only have 3 touch maximum to release the ball
Let them be creative! Have them pick a team name (sports teams for example like FC BAYERN MUNCHEN)

Organization: Multiple 12m x 12m (Adjust to Players needs) Balls, Cones, Bibs,
Activity: Rondo 4 v 1 8/10 min
Looking to create a diamond shape and keep possession. The Player in the middle holds a pinnie. Their job is to win the ball, if they do They give the pinnie to the player that lost the ball and now they become the defender. If a pass is made or loss of control, that player must go into the middle.
Players make 5 passes equals a goal. Players intercept the ball that's a goal/point
Coaching Points: Passing: use the inside of the foot, eyes on the ball, lock the ankle, weight of the pass play to the back foot.

Organization: 10-15 min
Set up : cones, balls, grid size to match players abilities
Activity: Have two teams play possession game, keeping the ball and switching the ball from
one side of the field to the other (endzone). Every time a team gets the ball into one endzone,
it is one point. Start with one team outnumbering the other by 4 to 1 (8v2, 4v1, 12v3 etc ...) If the
defender gets the ball, can they get the ball to the coach. Focus on proper passing and receiving
techniques to move the ball quickly out of danger.
If no success, limit the number of defenders. Remove end zones.
Progression: Tell the players that they must go to a different colour gate each time, cannot go
through the same colour gate twice.

Arrival Activity - 10min
As players arrive, have them join one of two games, it may be 1 v1, 2 v1 2 v 2 etc.
Objective: to pass or dribble past opponents, create chances, and score goals - have fun!
Organization: set up two fields, each 18x15, adjust to players needs.
Equipment: Pug nets, balls, pinnies, cones.
